Benkay impresses with careful presentation, tasty sushi
There was no sign of a recession at Benkay Sushi Bar and Japanese Restaurant on a recent Friday night. The entryway's bench was filled with folks eager to eat sushi and wagyu beef. Customers with reservations jumped to the head of the line, but the wait wasn't too long for the rest.
It was certainly worth it.
