Tokyo Sushi Night: December 8th, 2009

Chef Ando invites you to our TOKYO SUSHI NIGHT at BENKAY! This is a reservation only special event. Chef Ando will create a multi-course autumn menu featuring traditional style sushi with a contemporary touch The cost of this event is $70 per person. Please make reservations by December 3rd, 2009 by calling 207.773.5555. The event will begin at 6:30 PM Est (subject to change slightly, so please check back frequently).


Fish of the Day

Super Toro(Bluefin Tuna),Tai Snapper, Anago,Scottish Salmon, Saba (Japanese Mckerel), Hiramasa,Kinmedai(Alfonsino), Kohada, Kuromutsu(Japanese Cod),

Matuskawa-karei (Japanese Flounder), Aji (Horse Mckerel), Scallop( From Hokkaido),

 


At Benkay Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar we pride ourselves in serving the freshest ingredients to our customers.  In addition to our fresh menu items (including tuna, salmon, whitefish, eel, roe, uni, and many other delicious items) we work hard to get special pieces of rare items like Toro.

Dinner:   Mon-Thu 5:00pm-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-Close, Sun 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
